Expanding Our Commitment to Agricultural Innovation

Rovensa Next has significantly bolstered its dedication to innovation with new investments to enhance our Palmela facility. This expansion introduces a dedicated area for biologicals research and a new building for the entomology research unit and pilot plant. These upgrades will expedite the development of cutting-edge, eco-friendly biocontrol solutions.

This new investment complements our existing R&D infrastructure, which features advanced laboratories, office spaces, and a greenhouse equipped with a state-of-the-art phenotyping system.

Analytical Facilities: The Foundation of R&D

Our Analytical Services labs are essential for developing new agricultural products. They are equipped with advanced Liquid Chromatography (LC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) systems, providing critical data on storage stability, physicochemical properties, and product identity. This data is crucial for regulatory compliance and offers valuable insights for effective R&D.

Biological Facilities: Pioneering Biocontrol Research

The Biocontrol Research Unit in Palmela is at the forefront of developing effective and safe biocontrol agents, including fungi, bacteria, and algae. Our research includes:
