At Bayer Crop Science, Hoag most recently served as Vice President of North America Marketing for retail-distributed brands, including DEKALB, Asgrow, Deltapine, and Crop Protection. His career also includes key leadership roles such as Vice President Regional Business Lead for the Eastern Corn Belt and various marketing and brand management positions. Hoag’s expertise in developing innovative marketing strategies, expanding distribution channels, and driving sales growth will be instrumental as Pivot Bio continues its rapid ascent in the ag tech industry.
